Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, Rolando came to the United States at the age of 7, when his parents sought the American dream.
His upbringing instilled in him the values of hard work, independence, and pride in his identity. Growing up in Phoenix, Arizona, Rolando developed a passion for technology, spending his teenage years on YouTube learning computer programming. By high school, he was already building websites for clients, a passion that led him to pursue a degree in Computer Information Systems at Phoenix College.
During college, Rolando began his career at State Farm Insurance as a total loss adjuster. Within a year, he was promoted to bodily injury adjuster, spending the next 3 years handling injury claims. His deep understanding of the insurance industry now allows him to advocate effectively for Torgenson Law’s clients. With insight into how insurance companies operate, Rolando guides clients through the entire process, helping them understand both the legal and insurance aspects of their cases.

In his free time, Rolando enjoys cooking, traveling with his wife, and staying active. He loves spending time with his 3 dogs—Zeus, Honey, and Bulma—and can often be found lifting weights, practicing yoga, playing pickleball, or enjoying sports at the park with friends.
